This file contains address information for land parcels within The City of Calgary.

A ward is the division of the city into electoral areas, each represented by one elected Councillor. Wards are a geographical division of the municipality and are referred to by a number defined in the bylaw. Divisions are determined under the authority of the Municipal Government Act and criteria in Council policy.

This list of 18 Water Level and Flow monitoring stations along the South Saskatchewan River Basin (Bow and Elbow River watersheds) is derived from a much larger repository of sites in Alberta. Select sites upstream of Calgary as well as sites in Calgary are included. This data is collected from remote monitoring stations and therefore is not thoroughly checked for accuracy. This is intended for preliminary analytical purposes and is subject to change.

Main breaks happen year-round. There are many contributing factors including: Pipe Age, Pipe Material and Soil Conditions, and Temperature. See Water outages and main breaks for more information.

The set of community points. Each point identifies the centroid of the community it is located in.

All cats and dogs over three months of age and residing in Calgary must be licensed with The City of Calgary. If you do not license your cat or dog, you could face a $250 fine.

This is Statistics Canada collected census data for 2016. The data refers only to the population in private households. Residents of collective dwellings (dwellings of a commercial, institutional or communal nature) are excluded. Calgary geographic boundaries are from the municipal 2021 Census by Ward.
